Even the best of us don’t manage to pull off a workout every time we want to — something comes up, we have to put it off, we just can’t seem to get out there. Life happens. Each time you put off or procrastinate working out, you increase the chances that you’ll take a step backward and may even fall off the fitness wagon entirely. Remember that missing a day or two — or even a week — shouldn’t be an impediment to starting again. That’s why I encourage you to just get active, keeping up with something, anything! If you can still manage a short run, a brisk walk or a 10 minute quick at home/office/hotel room workout, then you will increase your chances of combating your exercise procrastination and keep things in check and moving forward!
Superbowl is Sunday...and truthfully, for many that means extra calories consumed. To help rev up your metabolism and blast those extra calories here is a quick 15-20 minute workout that can be done anywhere....no excuses!

Complete 5 Rounds
Perform 10 Reps of Each Exercise
Do Not Stop Between Exercises
Allow Yourself 1 Minute Rest/Water Break Between Rounds
1: Jump Squats
2: Shoulder Press
3: KB or DB Swings
4: Pushups
5: Lemon Squeezers (pushups with finger turned inward 90º)
6: Bicep Curls
7: Jumping Jacks
8: Jumping Lunges or forward alternating lunges (each forward lunge counts as 1)
9: Burpees
10: Full Situps (chest to knees)
